Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
In the event of unsafe weather or unfavorable ocean conditions, Evil Panda Boat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, guests will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling for a future date.
No-shows may be charged the full tour amount.

If the vessel has already departed or traveled to the designated meeting point and guests choose not to participate in the tour for any reason, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
